Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know by phone or e-mail. If you arrive earlier, we recommend that you do your shopping in the village beforehand (shopping, visit the tourist information centre, book ski lessons or other activities, hire equipment, etc.).
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the holiday flat by 10:00 am. If you still want to use the day in Nauders, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us in the meantime by prior arrangement.
Guidelines for children & baby cots
Children of all ages are welcome. Please enter the number of children and their age at the time of travelling in the booking process to get the correct price.

1-12 years: 60% of adults fee

from 12 years: children aged 12 years or older pay the adult price.

Additional charges

Local tax (from the age of 15): € 3.50 per person and night

Final cleaning: € 60.00 for holiday apartment Mutzkopf and € 70.00 for holiday apartment Bergkastel

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are only valid in writing - by e-mail/post - and can be made free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Otherwise the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations (= Austrian hotel contract conditions) apply.

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival;

up to 1 month before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total package price;

up to 1 week before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price;

from 1 week before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total package price;
-
in the event of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the holiday apartment price will be charged.
Payment
We do not accept credit cards and therefore ask you to pay for your stay in cash or by online bank transfer no later than the evening before the day of departure.

Pets & Miscellaneous
Well behaved dogs are allowed on request. The surcharge is € 15.00 per dog per night.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balcony.
